Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Smart Scheduling Assistant proof of concept handles information for appointment scheduling text messages. It applies to people who participate in SMS testing or later use the scheduling program.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile number, service address, appointment requests and details, messages you send us, your message preferences and consent status, and technical message information such as delivery status and timestamps. You may provide other information relevant to a visit in a conversation. Please do not send payment card details, access codes, or other sensitive information by text.
How we use information
We use this information to identify and communicate with you, respond to scheduling requests, offer available times, request approval where needed, confirm or change appointments, send scheduling updates, provide support, maintain records of consent and opt-outs, and protect and operate the proof of concept. We do not use this messaging program to send marketing texts.
Who receives information
We use service providers to operate the scheduling and messaging service, including a text messaging provider, hosting and storage providers, and, if enabled, an AI service that helps interpret scheduling requests. They may process the information needed to provide those services. People authorized to operate the proof of concept may also see scheduling information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts from this program is not transferable to another business.
Your choices
Message frequency varies with your scheduling activity and replies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any program text to opt out of future texts, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we need to keep for legal, security, or operational reasons. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment; contact us separately if you need to cancel or change it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. We keep information for as long as needed to provide scheduling services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practical. Text messaging is not a fully secure channel; please avoid sending sensitive information by SMS.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with a new effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact ealeman.kikito@gmail.com.
